User Policy Overview

To use the Watts Works Learning Program, you agree that Watts may send you email messages regarding your use of the Watts Works Learning Program. For example, we may email you to confirm that you have completed a course, have been awarded tokens or tickets, have redeemed tokens through the "Learn & Earn" program, etc.

Whenever we contact you by email, we will provide instructions on how to unsubscribe so that you will not receive any future emails. However, by unsubscribing you will not be able to continue using the Watts Works Learning Program.

Tokens & Tickets

Tokens and tickets have no monetary value and cannot be interchanged. Tokens can only be redeemed for promotional lifestyle merchandise while supplies last and at the sole discretion of Watts. Token requirements may be changed at any time without prior notice. Tickets can only be redeemed as entries into separate drawings at different times as part of its 2025 Learn & Win Sweepstakes.  

Watts Works Learning Program Accounts are limited to one account per user. Watts will not redeem tokens or award tickets for multiple accounts used by a single user.

Eligibility

Watts Works Online Learning program is for Industry professionals employed in the fields of plumbing and heating, water management, water treatment, water distribution, and water conservation, similar plumbing industry services, or electric floor heating.  The program is also for students and apprentices above the age of 18 who are training to become professionals employed in these fields.

Suppliers / Vendors and Homeowners are not eligible for our Learn & Earn program.
