Watts Works Online is your go-to, self-paced training platform designed for plumbing and water industry professionals. Once you create an account, you’ll unlock access to free, short, 5-minute lessons that help you build product & applications knowledge and earn rewards along the way.

By joining, you’ll receive occasional emails related to your training activity — like training campaigns & promotions, newsletters, updates about Learn & Earn rewards and sweepstakes, plus other marketing messages. You can unsubscribe at any time; however, email notifications are required to participate in the Watts Works Training Program.

Tokens& Tickets

Every completed training activity earns you Tokens and Tickets.

  • Tokens can be redeemed for free branded lifestyle merchandise (while supplies last)
  • Tickets can be entered into drawings for exciting prize opportunities throughout the year as part of the Learn & Win Sweepstakes.

Tokens and Tickets have no cash value and cannot be interchangeable. Program details, token values, rewards, and requirements may change at any time without prior notice.

One Account per Participant

Watts Works Training Program accounts are limited to one per user. Multiple accounts are not allowed. If duplicate accounts are detected, Tokens and Tickets will not be issued and previously earned rewards may be revoked.

Who Can Participate

Watts Works Online is designed for:

  • Plumbing and heating professionals
  • Water management, treatment, distribution, and conservation professionals
  • Electric floor heating professionals
  • Students and apprentices (18+) preparing for careers in these fields

Suppliers, vendors, and homeowners are not eligible to participate in the Learn & Earn program.
